Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Hanimune Therapeutics, Inc. (“Hanimune,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information through treatingfoodallergy.com (the “Site”).
2. Information We Collect
(a) Survey responses. The “Is Treatment Right for Me?” survey runs in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to or stored by us.
(b) Provider information. For directory listings, we collect professional information about practices and physicians, including names, credentials, practice addresses, and services offered.
(c) Technical information. Our analytics service measures aggregate use of the Site without cookies and without storing IP addresses or identifiers that track individuals. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse.
3. Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the security of the Site.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and secure the Site, to maintain the provider directory, to understand aggregate use of the Site, to respond to inquiries, and to comply with law. We do not use information collected through the Site to market Hanimune products, and we do not provide it to Hanimune’s sales personnel.
5. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We disclose personal information only:
to service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, for hosting and analytics;
when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person; and
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6. Health Information
The Site does not collect health information. Answers to the survey remain in your browser and are not transmitted to us. Hanimune is not a health care provider or health plan.
7. Retention
The Site does not collect personal information from visitors, and we therefore retain none. Request data processed by our hosting provider is retained under that provider’s policies. We retain provider listing records while a listing is active and for 12 months after its removal.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Because the Site does not collect personal information from visitors, we ordinarily hold none to access, correct, or delete. A practice or physician listed in the provider directory may request access to, correction of, or deletion of its listing information by contacting us at the address below. We respond to such requests within 45 days.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The Site does not collect personal information from any visitor, including children.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Changes
We may revise this Privacy Policy and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Revisions take effect when posted.
