These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of treatingfoodallergy.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Hanimune Therapeutics, Inc. (“Hanimune,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about the treatment of food allergy. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and use of the Site does not create a physician-patient relationship. Decisions about treatment should be made with a licensed physician. Do not disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of information on the Site.

The Site is funded by Hanimune. Hanimune manufactures food allergen protein products, some of which are sold to allergists. The Site describes treatment approaches; it does not name, describe, or promote any product.

Clinical content on the Site cites published sources and displays the name of its reviewer and the date of its most recent review. Medical knowledge changes, and we do not warrant that any content is complete, current, or free of error.

Provider listings are provided for information only. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation, and we are not responsible for care provided by any listed practice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any action relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
